Dope Girls Consulting, a collective of storytellers, problem solvers, and experienced experts, has been launched by former Nike executives Rachel Bradley and Rene Chatfield.

Bradley and Chatfield, two women of color, gained interest in the cannabis industry after using the plant to relieve their health conditions.  Formerly, Bradley directed programs for Nike, Samsung and Roc Nation.  Chatfield also was a marketer for Nike, and has worked with the WNBA and clients in the NBA.

Our mission at Dope Girls Consulting is to shift the culture within the cannabis community by helping minority and female-owned businesses tap into this space, resulting in a more equitable and inclusive industry. Cannabis leadership positions are primarily held by white males, our focus is changing the narrative and serve as industry catalysts for a more inclusive community

Rene Chatfield

Dope Girls Consulting is working with social equity cannabis license applicants in Illinois.

The harm that has been inflicted on black and brown communities from the war on cannabis is something that cannot be forgotten as we begin to re-imagine what this industry could look like through legalization.
