1 package - Wonton Skins (Use for ravioli dough. Time savings hack)
1 cup - Blanched Wild Stinging Nettles (squeezed of their liquid)
1 cup - Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk/Full Fat)
¼ cup - Parmesan
1 - Eggs
¼ cup - Pine Nuts
1 tbsp - Rosemary
¼ cup - Sage
2 tbsp - Parsley
¼ cup – Fresh Young Nettle tips
½ cup – creamery butter
¼ cup – pasta water
4 cups – Baby arugula leaves
2 tbsp - Lemon Juice
2 tbsp - Cannabis-infused Olive Oil
2 tbsp - Cannabis-infused Butter (link to butter recipe)
½ tsp – Sea salt flakes
¼ tsp – Pepper
½ cup – non-gmo cornstarch (to dust the raviolis so they don’t stick together)
